Support healthy joints and connective tissue with Swanson High Potency Collagen with Vitamin C (formerly Joint Health Drink Mix). Generations ago, healthcare practitioners recommended gelatin for joint health. It made sense: gelatin has collagen, and collagen is essential for healthy joint tissue. Suggested use
